Terms and conditions define the rules for the provision of services, liability and stay in the apartments and they are an integral part of the contract, which is made by paying a deposit of 50% of the cost of stay and the subsequent check-in. By following the above, guests confirm that they have read and accepted the terms and conditions, which applies to all guests staying in Molus Apartments.
Hotel night lasts from 14:00 to 11:00 the next day.
Check-in is between 14:00 to 24:00.
The payment should be made on arrival at check-in. There is a possibility of card payments. VAT invoices are issued on request.
Guests arriving outside of check-in hours are required to inform the staff in advance of their arrival time.
Extension of stay
It is possible to extend the stay in the apartments after prior arrangement of availability of dates with the staff.
Cancellation of the reservation
In case of no-show, the deposit in the booked apartment is non-refundable.
Guests are required to check out and return the keys and parking permits before 11:00. In case of checking out before 8:00 guests are kindly requested to inform the staff in advance and leave the keys in the postbox located outside the tenement house.
Staying in the apartments
Guests agree to use the apartment in a non-objectionable manner. All manifestations of inappropriate behaviour oblige the staff to check out the customer immediately and without any reimbursement. We may refuse to accept the guest who during the previous stay grossly violated the rules of Molus Apartments causing damage to the tenement, to the property of other guests or disturbed others. Guests are not allowed to make any changes in the apartments and the equipment there as they are responsible for all kinds of damage caused by their fault or their visitors. Guests should notify the staff about any damage immediately after its detection. Guests cannot transfer and sublease the apartment to other people, even if the period for which they paid the fee has not expired. Persons not registered in the apartment can stay in it between from 10:00 to 20:00. After 20:00, there is an obligation to check in and pay a fee for each additional person staying in the apartment.
We are not responsible for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables and objects of scientific or artistic value. Items of personal use left in the apartment after the guest’s departure will be sent back to the address indicated by him. If the guests do not allow such an order, we will store these items for one month.
For longer stays, change of towels and bed linen takes place on request.
Silence is required in the apartments from 22:00 to 7:00 the next day.
Smoking in the apartments
Smoking is forbidden. In the case of breaking the ban on smoking, the guests will be liable to pay for the intervention of the Fire Brigade (about 700 PLN).
Pets are allowed in the apartment for an additional fee. However, the owner of the animal is obliged to look after the pet in such a way that it does not pose a threat to other guests and staff. Pets are not allowed to stay on the bed. In addition, guests are not allowed to leave the animals unattended. Possible damages to the property of the apartment will be subject to a financial penalty, which will be paid after the valuation of damages. The guest is obliged to remove all impurities left by the animal in the apartments. Cost – 20 zł.
Guests of the apartments can use WI-FI free of charge.

Breakfast is served on the patio in the form of a Swedish buffet from Monday to Saturday from 7:30 to 9:30, on Sunday and Bank Holidays from 8:00 to 10:00. For guests leaving before these hours, it is possible to prepare provisions the day before.
We offer a 15% discount on orders from the Grande Coffee menu for our guests.
The tenement house is equipped with 24-hour fire monitoring and CCTV cameras. In each apartment there is a marked emergency exit. Each time when leaving the room, guests are obliged to turn off the lights and lock the door of the apartment and in the outer door of the building.
The information provided by the guests is necessary for the purpose of managing the reservation and sending information regarding the products and services offered by us. Molus Apartments collect only the necessary personal information for the booking.
