Apartment IX with a terrace and private sauna is located on the second floor of the annex building and measures 35m². It consists of a bright bedroom with a seating area, furnished with a large, comfortable bed and classic furniture that emphasize the character of the place. The interior combines a historic atmosphere with modern amenities. Guests have access to a TV, kitchenette, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, towels, and shower gel. Wi-Fi is available.
The bathroom features a private dual-purpose sauna: dry and infrared – ideal for both deep relaxation and regeneration after a long day. The apartment also features a relaxation chair with massage and heating functions, allowing for complete relaxation. The spacious terrace overlooks the neighboring townhouses, providing an intimate oasis of peace and quiet, perfect for morning coffee or an evening relaxation.
The apartment sleeps two. Guests are provided with tea and water upon arrival. We also recommend Apartment VII, with a balcony on the fourth floor, offering a panoramic view of Toruń’s Old Town.

Is breakfast available?
Guests can enjoy breakfast at Grande Coffee, located on the ground floor of the building. Breakfast is served from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and includes a variety of breakfast sets for 50 PLN. Advance reservations are required.
How to get to the apartments from the Main Railway Station?
The easiest way to reach Molus Apartments from the Main Train Station is by bus or Uber/Bolt.
Bus: From the „Dworzec Główny” stop, take direct buses 22 and 27 to the „Plac Rapacki” stop. From there, it’s a short walk through the Old Town to the building.
Uber/Bolt: Both services operate in Toruń and are very convenient. Simply enter „ul. Panny Marii” as your destination. This is a short street leading directly to the Old Town Square. Our building is located at the end of the street, the second building on the left.
Is parking available during my stay?
We offer parking spaces in the underground garage for passenger cars. Parking is available at CKK Jordanki at Aleja Solidarności 1, approximately 350 meters from the apartments (about a 5-minute walk). The parking fee is PLN 40 per day. Due to limited space, advance reservations are required. Parking cards are issued upon arrival, and payment is made on-site at the property.
Are pets allowed?
We accept small dogs, provided they are supervised at all times and not left alone in the apartment. We do not charge an additional fee for pets.
What are the hotel check-in hours?
The hotel day starts at 3:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00 a.m. the next day.
Is there a reception on site?
There is no on-site reception, but we are available 24/7 to assist you throughout your stay. On the day of arrival, around 2:00 PM, we will send you a text message with the access codes to the building and apartment.
Can I receive a VAT invoice for my stay in the apartments?
Yes, we issue VAT invoices upon request. Simply indicate this when booking or request it no later than the day of arrival. We will send the invoice to the email address provided.
