Terms of Stay

This regulation defines the rules for providing services, liability, and staying within the apartments and forms an integral part of the agreement concluded upon payment of a deposit amounting to 50% of the stay cost and subsequent check-in. By completing the above actions, the Guest confirms that they have read and accept the terms of the regulations, which apply to all Guests staying at Apartamenty Molus.
Hotel day
The hotel day lasts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM the following day.
Check-in
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight. On the day of arrival, the Guest receives an SMS with the access code to the apartment and the building. In case of early arrival, luggage storage before check-in is available.
Payment
The Guest is required to pay for the apartment rental on the day of arrival during check-in. Card payments are accepted. VAT invoices are available upon request. Please inform us about the need for an invoice when making the reservation.
Late arrival
Guests arriving outside check-in hours are required to inform the staff in advance about their expected arrival time.
Stay extension
It is possible to extend the stay in the apartments upon prior agreement of availability with the staff.
Cancellation of reservation
Apartamenty Molus reserves the right to cancel a reservation before or during the stay in exceptional circumstances, when the Guest’s behavior or the behavior of accompanying persons raises justified concerns regarding compliance with the regulations, safety, comfort of other Guests, or property protection. In case of cancellation, Apartamenty Molus will inform the Guest as soon as possible, and any refund will be determined individually. In case of no-show, the paid deposit is non-refundable.
Check-out
Guests are required to check out of the apartment and return the parking card to the staff by 11:00 AM.
Stay in the apartments
The Guest agrees to use the apartment in a proper and respectful manner. Any inappropriate behavior obliges the staff to immediately check out the Guest without any refund. The apartments may refuse accommodation to a Guest who, during a previous stay, grossly violated the rules, caused damage to the building or property, or disturbed the peace. Guests are not allowed to make any changes to the apartments or their equipment and are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their visitors. The Guest must report any damage immediately after discovering it. The Guest may not transfer or sublet the apartment to other persons, even if the paid stay period has not expired. Non-registered persons may stay in the apartment from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. After 8:00 PM, such persons must be registered and an additional fee applies.
Financial liability
The apartments are not responsible for loss or damage of money, securities, valuables, or items of scientific or artistic value. Personal items left in the apartment after departure will be sent to the address provided by the Guest. If no instruction is provided, the items will be stored for one month.
Services
For longer stays, towel and bed linen changes are available upon Guest request.
Quiet hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM the following day.
Smoking in the apartments
Smoking is strictly prohibited. In case of violation, a penalty covering the cost of a Fire Brigade intervention (approx. PLN 700) will be charged.
Pets
Pets are allowed in the apartment. The owner is responsible for ensuring the pet does not pose a threat to other Guests or staff. Pets are not allowed on beds. Pets cannot be left unattended. Any damage caused will be charged after valuation. Guests are required to clean up after their pets.
Internet
Guests may use free Wi-Fi.
Breakfast
Breakfast is available from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Grande Coffee located on the ground floor of the building.
Safety
The building is equipped with 24/7 fire monitoring and CCTV cameras. Each apartment has a marked emergency exit. Upon leaving the room, the Guest is required to turn off the lights and lock both the apartment door and the building entrance door.
General rules
Information provided by Guests is necessary for reservation management and for sending information about products and services offered by the apartments. Apartamenty Molus collects only personal data necessary for reservation purposes.
